My name is Miguel Pantaleon. I am a systems thinking consultant working across the UK, Spain and Mexico, through Systemico in London and Ideas Infinitas in Madrid.
For over a decade, I have helped businesses and institutions tackle the complexity that drives most strategic problems but rarely appears on anyone's agenda. My work spans strategy, transformation, and organisational change, always through a systems thinking lens.
I have worked with Spring Hotels as they completed the largest hotel acquisition in Spanish history, with Cruz Roja Española to redesign their national fundraising strategy, and with PeaceRep to support researchers working in conflict areas, advising the FCDO on peacebuilding policy. I am also an active member of SCiO, the Systems Thinking community of practice, where I have presented and contributed for years.
What I do, in plain terms, is connect the information that leaders already have but cannot yet see as a whole, so they can anticipate bottlenecks, spot opportunities, and act with greater confidence and control.
Developing the system practice
Most causal maps show you the variables. Meta Causal Loop Diagrams show you the people behind them, and that changes everything about where you intervene.
I use graph database technology to build interactive causal maps that reveal the social networks driving a situation, who influences whom, where power sits, and where a well-placed intervention would actually land.
The result is not just a better diagram. It is a precise picture of where to act.
